How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

Consumed Credits
If credits associated with a purchase have been substantially consumed, refund eligibility may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Paddle's discretion in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
