Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Intent Weaver ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Intent Weaver provides AI-powered tools for generating and transforming text, images, and video content using third-party AI models.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape the service.
  • Generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempt to jailbreak underlying AI models.
  • Use outputs to provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without qualified human oversight.

4. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the use of generated outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any input content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete and should not be relied upon without verification.

We may moderate, filter, refuse, or remove content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the service, software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

6. Credits, Payments and Billing

The service operates on a credit system. Credits can be purchased in packs. Payment processing, billing, taxes, invoicing, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle. See section 7.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
